what happens internally as soon as we enter into mainframe with our ID.
I know that it connects to our server according to our ip. but apart from this is there any jcl that is going to submit when we enter our mf id and password. where can we see the log of this.

Check in Spool... You'll find a job executing with the name of your ACF2 id....
