Hi All,

I want to know is there any way i can know the cost of a query using QMF,SPUFI or File Aid for DB2.
I know while running in QMF they give the cost but i am not sure what is the unit plus for my query, it is being displayed for micro seconds, so i am not able to figure it out. Secondly, can i say if a query takes 2 sec on a table having 100 rows, then it will take 20 sec if number of rows are 1000.
Actually, the problem is we are asked not to simulate production condition in test as it is costing much. So i want to know is there a way wherein i can say if it is taking this much time in test, then it will approximately take this much time in production.

Lastly, i want to know is there any good document, explaining the way DB2 interprets the where clause and how query will behave in case we use AND,OR,ANY,In etc etc.
