What diagnostics have you? Have you Abend-Aid, Expeditor or similar? What programming language? Failing all else, the PSW in the dump should be pointing to the next instruction after the failing one.

Your job output, or perhaps the system console log should have the registers at the time of the abend. Look for registers that do not have valid info.
