Macro to change the job card

I did a program such that we can copy the selective members from the production to our local dataset (copying the members from one pds to another pds).
The next step which i have to do is, to edit the job card dynamically with my relevant local informed(say with my user id, parameters etc..)

Can anyone throw light on this how the job card in the jcl can be modified dynamically to enhance my program?
