Dear All,
Can any one of you help me to use IELIST/IEHPROGM to get the infromation about the dataset in TAPE.
I need creation date, creation time and creating job of the dataset.

You cannot get that information from the utilities you mentioned. Your tape management system will have the info if the tape was created under it.
For foreign (not created by your TMS) tapes, check out utility TAPEMAP on the CBT tape at www.cbttape.org. It has tons of free stuff you can download, or you can send $5 US to the webmaster for a CD.
