Need Solution for User abend 709

Any idea what this is ?

Check the program of the step in which the abend is taking place. User abends are defined by the programmer in the pgm.

A Buffer requested was not valid according to the pool size.

Is that an IMS step you are going for ?

Its a user abend ...believe that what Ankyhunk is saying is correct !...Guys correct me if I am wrong..
