Hi

I am trying to FTP a file having of PIC X(5) having values '0000' into CSV file and when i try to open it zeros are suppressed.

Is there any way to avoid the zero suppression

What are you using to open the CSV file, EXCEL doesn't like leading zeros and drops them. If that is the case then (you should be in a microsoft forum) rename the file to .txt, open it from EXCEL and you can set the field to be text not numeric.
