Hi,
I am working in IDMS project contains RMCOBOL with Unix platform, We have numerous Index files used in our application. For browsing a file, we normally used to write a Report (using COBOL) program, which increases program count as well as time constrain.
So i would like to have a rexx program which inturn read my index files completely and for a given inputs (KEY VALUES). Or please suggest me an efficient way to read my index files and report, without reading in cobol program.
1. Can i run rexx program in RMCOBOL with Unix platform?
2. Is there any rexx program available which reads index files?
