RESTART Logic from File to Table in Cobol Program

HI,
CAN ANY BODY KNOW ,HOW TO CODE(WRITE) THE COMMIT AND RESTART FROM FILE TO TABLE AND TABLE TO FILE IN COBOL APPLICATION PROGRAMING?

You should talk with your peers, manager, or dba(s).

Checkpoint, recovery, and restart should be done in a standard way and no one here is aware of the environment where you need to implement.

There is no common standard way to do this.
