Convert Easytrieve file layout to COBOL copybook

Can anyone suggest a tool to convert the Easytrieve file layout to a COBOL copybook?

I remember that someone on this forum mentioned an IBM utility for this, but at the time the posting and my interest was the opposite. I found this statement "The IBM Migration Utility tool can convert Easytrieve to COBOL" on this web page www.ibm.com/software/os/systemz/telecon/oct2/
I know that such a utility exists but I have not actually seen it.

Please provide any tool in REXX or any JCL which could solve the purpose to change record layout of file in Easytrieve format to that in COBOL.
