| I am aware that backward processing can be done using OPTCD of RPL macro. But is it possible to achieve the backward processing in IDCAMS. |

I havn't got any requirment for backward processing. But just curious to know whether its possible to invoke backward processing in IDCAMS utility
using a REPRO or Any other command. |

OK, IDCAMS is just a utility to copy VSAM files or maybe insert a few records into a KSDS.
If you want to produce a flat file in descending key order then maybe SORT would be your best option.
If you want to create a KSDS in descending order - you can not do that. |
