This depends on Organisation standard, that will be available for you in organisation documents, care to ask to peers.

If you do a google search, there are usually plenty of hits for universities that provide good checklists.

IBM has checklists.

and as Vasanth said, unless you are trying to create something for a site, check what is already availabel at your site.

I did a random search through google..but did'nt get any checklist for CICS.

We are try to put the proccess in place for our project and so we are looking for some good checkpoints for CICS code
