How can I achieve altering the 2 columns to be foreign keys?

Hi,

I created a table thru spufi.However,I realised that couple of fields/columns need to be foreign keys.How can I achieve altering the 2 columns to be foreign keys? Another question is can I have a table with only foreign key and not a primary key? If yes how to create such table?
