How to enable a MQ CICS Adapter

Dear all,

We are getting MQ Reason code 2204. The reason is CICS Adapter was disabled. Could anyone pls tell me how to enable a MQ CICS Adapter?

Go to the manuals page and look in the z/OS System Setup Guide for how to setup the CICS adapter.

Hi

I have enabled the CICS Adaper using CKQC Transaction. While I display the status of the CKTI, It's Thread Status is showing MSGWAIT. One more thing it's not Initiating the transaction also if u put the messages in the queue?

Did you:

1. Enable triggering on your queue?

2. Set up a PROCESS to handle the trigger?

3. Set up an initiation queue to receive the trigger message and start the CICS transaction to process the messages?

1. Triggering has been enabled in the Queue as EVERY

2. Process have been set to handle the trigger.

3. CICS Initiaton Queue setup has been done

Still When i put a message in the queue, it's not automatically invoking the CICS transaction? Even I didn't get any error messages in the log. Could u pls help me how to trace out the problem?
