Error message while loading an empty partition

Can anyone plz help me in solving the below issue.??

Details :

Am tryin to load an empty partition.In the CARDLIB its REPLACE or RESUME NO option is used.The error msg is like "COMPRESSION dictionary IS not BULIT ".hence i tried to REORG the table by givin

REORG PLANNAME.INDEXname.

Its showing that the compression dictionary is not bulit for all the partitions except for 2 of them.ERR CDE=DSNU245I,Please find the snaps in the attachment.

HI I'm not a DBA that's the stautory warning...with the little amount of Db2 knowledge can I ask you one thing...While giving the REORG is your data empty and also it is just a warning and your process would not stp

well the job completes with rc=04.but no data is loaded into the partition.
