I have a file with records, having record formats FB(Fixed Blocked).And Can i change it to V(Variable Lenth).Explain if anybody knows.

DFSORT has an option to CONVERT FB to VB record length and vice versa.

Try

OUTFIL FNAMES=InputFilename,FTOV

You can also specify the positions you want to copy from the input file using OUTREC.
