Step 1 : JOBS in JHS are to be restored
Step 2 : Latest version of 80 files are to be taken from 80 restored jobs
Step 3 : Group these 80 files into four groups each containing 20 files based on a criteria say for eg: files having R01 in file name to one group and so on.
Step 4: Merge each of these 20 files into one file

The three steps are done seperately now.

Step 1 & Step 3 are done manually
Step 2 & Step 4 are donecurrently using seperate JCLs

Is it possible to do all this together in one go?

I'm in accord with jz1b0c but I want to add that to restore 80 file you must count the amount of space that you will need before...
Call your Storage Admin before to proceed.

It's only an advise...
