Can anybody tell me how to write Test Cases and Test plans ?

Are you talking abt the unit testing?

1 Introduction
1.1 Project Overview(Brief overview of Project)
1.2 Test Objectives
1.3 Test Plan Scope(Specifics of what we are or not testing and
assumptions, if any)
1.4 Updates to Test Plan
(Mention whether the existing test plan has been used for a change request or a new one is created)

2 Test case script(write into an tabular form with following column field)
2.1 Requirement
2.2 Test case objective
2.3 Test case details
2.4 Expected result
2.5 Pass/fail
2.6 Remarks
