Hi,

The SMF can records the metric of the job while it is running. Could anyone tell me what are all the informations can SMF stored in it?

This is site specific. You will need to talk to your systems programmers / performance and capacity groups to find out exactly what happens at your site, and even if you will be allowed access to the data.

The MVS bookshelf that IBM maintains have an entire manual on SMF data. Not everything in the manual is recorded at every site, though, so you must contact your site support group to find out if the data you want is captured.
