I know this command but this is for non-VSAm dataset...
I really search to alias a VSAM dataset.
What do you think about aliasing index, data and cluster ?

Hi Thy, I don't think that an Alias for a VSAM can be defined but you can only define an alias for a different catalog.

| The reason of my search is to avoid copying a large VSAM, while it's nedded for a few time, and only for read. |
