I agree with you.
Each and every member, better search on form first, for their doubts, THEN they can post a new question.


But,

if he need the answer immediately, then he has no patient to sit and browse all the forum, BECAUSE

if he gives on the search panel `Length of variable' - Gives lot of result.


So, he may thought that, better post a new question first, then browse. By the time, some one can give the answer.


What is your opinion?
