How to compare previous version with current version of file

Hi All,

I have got a requirement that i have to compare the previous day file with current days file and write output file with new received records per day.
(i.e A-B). new minus old should give the records that are in file A but not in file B.

note: file size is of 9 chars of data

Please let me know if any one has idea.
