I have just finished theory part of MainFrames...now i need to do the programs on realtime...can u please list out questions(all programs) in COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL that covers almost all main programs in these subjects to be thorough on the realtime.

I am venkateshwar Reddy working in Covansys Chennai. I am basically from Hyderabad. I will help you if you really need it. There is no fixed list of programs for reltime. The type of the programs depends on the domain you are working. But it is better practice to cover all the topics of COBOL in your programs.
Write the programs as follows....
1. pure COBOL using FILES 10 programs.
2. COBOL+DB2 atleast 5 programs covering CURSORS
3. COBOL+DB2+CICS programs covering TSQ and TDQ
I cant say that by this stuff you are able to do every thing. But you will be able to manage the things. But you need more stuff to face interviews. I will give you my mail id so that you can contact me and clear your doubts personally. Ok .
Where you are studying Maingframe? Whether they are teaching mainframe without practicals??? Then please come out from there and join some good institute
