Tables Updated Before Running a Cobol-Cics program

Before coding/modify a Cobol-Cics program, which table is to be updated?
plzz get me the answer...

I beleive, the question may be:

Before RUNNING a Cobol-Cics, which tables to be updated?

Then, the answer is: PPT (Processing Program Table) and PCT (Program Control Table). You have to define the Programs in PPT and Transactions in PCT.

If you question is:

Before coding a Cobol-Cics program, which table is to be updated?

Then No NEED TO UPDATE ANY CICS table.
