We are looking for Senior Project Managers/ Project Managers, Programmer Analysts, Senior Technical Architects and Technical Specialists for our development centers at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Mysore, Pune and Thiruvananthapuram.
As a Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager, you must have 6 to 12 years of relevant software experience in a reputed IT organization. You should be able to initiate projects, estimate effort, evaluate high level design and architecture and execute project assignments. An ability to lead and motivate high potential project teams to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables is a must. Exposure to pre-sales and proposal making activities along with quality planning and practice in a similar role are essential.
As a Programmer Analyst, you must have 3 to 6 years of experience in a reputed IT organisation. Your responsibilities would include managing sub-teams in a project or a small project team (schedule, allocate and monitor tasks) and focus on technical issues, coding and configuration to ensure delivery of a module/project. Prior experience in handling small teams, requirement analysis, design and business process knowledge are required.
As Senior Technical Architects and Technical Specialists, you must have 4 to 12 years of relevant software experience in a reputed organization. You will be responsible for development of frameworks and methodologies for engineering areas comprising legacy modernization, performance engineering, business process optimization and design. You will also conceptuatlize and develop engineering tools for software productivity, simulation and system modelling and leading strategic architecture consulting assignments.
Proven experienced and expertise in any of the following technologies/skill sets is necessary for the above mentioned roles:
Data Warehousing/ Business Intelligence
