Primary ( Essential ) Technical Skills Technical
issues are at the core of the project and the candidate must be able
to work easily and effectively in a hands-on IBM MF environment which
at its core uses COBOL, CICS, DB2 / VSAM. The past 3 years experience
must be in an IBM MF environment. The candidate should have
Implemented physical design, code, test and deploy; Support the deployed applications through debugging, fixing, and maintenance releases; and understand the current applications and technical architecture and provide technical and programming support to the developers.
Strong experience with the Software Development Life Cycle
(SCLC). Leading a team of junior team members.
Secondary ( Desirable ) Technical Skills Banking /
Financial services domain experience is a plus. Experience of
working in any one large offfshore / onsite project for 6+ months
continuous duration is preferred.
Special Requirements: Willing to travel on onsite
assignments at short notice.
