i heared that, cobol program name is not mandatory. but what is the defult programname.

hi jobseeker,

Yes u r write no need to give program name after ID DIVISION. If u r not mentioning it compiler will assign some defalut name like CBLNAM01(COBOL NAME 01) and so on.I hope ur doubt cleared.
