Using RENAME routine in Management ACS routine

I am trying to find an example of how to stop renaming of certain datasets that are under SMS control. I have tried using a rename subroutine in my Management ACS routine, but this is not working efficiently.

When I place the rename subroutine at the end of the Management ACS routine this does not work, but if I make the REAME subroutine the first selection then it works ok.
