Optimize for n Rows

Hi All,

In the Cursor if we specify OPTIMIZE FOR First 20 ROWS, Does it mean that we could fetch only the First 20 rows and when I try to fetch the 21st record Will it throw End of cursor?

If it is not, what exactly happens when we write OPTIMIZE FOR N ROWS?

i suppose there may not be any error in trying to retrieve the 21st row...
