I am completely new to NATURAL. Given a library and the transactions (4 digit codes to run program), how do I get to know the corresponding programs? Program names are 8 bytes long.

Hello,
I'd suggest you talk with your Natural or CICS support people.
When a transaction is defined to CICS, one of the parameters is the program name to be executed. |

In NATURAL, the NATURAL nucleus is always the first program for the transaction (just as it is the PGM in a batch job).
