Can we use control break in sort

I've a question for DFSORT. Can we use control break logic. Can anyone please give me one sample program.

Yes you can use the SECTIONS operand of the OUTFIL statement, or the BREAK operand of ICETOOL DISPLAY, to do control breaks.

Here's an example using SECTIONS:

If you're not familiar with DFSORT and DFSORT's ICETOOL, I'd suggest reading through "z/OS DFSORT: Getting Started". It's an excellent tutorial, with lots of examples, that will show you how to use DFSORT, DFSORT's ICETOOL and DFSORT Symbols.
