We use CA Software Change Manager.

I have used ENDEVOR and Changeman.

we are using Endevor, Changeman, at our shop..

but have a look on the SCM tools site (i.e) cmcrossroads...you will get lot more information on scm tools using on both mainframe and distributed systems
