Hi all,
I'm working in production support and recently i have got this error,
IBM912I 'ONCODE'=3920
AN OUT-OF-STORAGE ABEND HAS OCCURRED.
IN STATEMENT 11570 AT OFFSET +000DF4 IN PROCEDURE WITH ENTRY DGPPGM3
**************************************************
Can anyone please let me know what would be the cause of this issue and what is the solution needed.
Thanks,
Honey :| |

Hello,
If you post more complete info, you may get better replies.
Was this batch or online? If online, which online? If batch, you might post the jcl. Was a PL/I program running? Posting all of the diagnostic info usually helps. . .
From the small amount of info posted, it appears that the abend was caused because more than the available storage was needed. The process needs to be changed to require less storage or more storage must be made available. |

He might also have a look at statement 11570 in module DGPPGM3. BTW: seems a huge module to me. |
