Hello vamseepotti,
Why don't you search the manual you have before posting a question. Thre is no shortcut method other than reading books to grab knowledge. You can always consult the online manuals here in this site. They are really very useful.
I can give you the answer But I won't. If you can find out the answer from book that will help you only.
