I am trying to establish Intersystem Communication(ISC) between two CICS regions in different LPARS.Is it required to establish hypersocket between two LPARS for ISC.

Hi,

Hipersocket is different from what you mentioned ie..,ISC. Please refer CICS Intercommunication Guide.
