Hai,

Mostly in IMS which type of Access Methods r used,And why?
(I think there r some access methods like HSAM,HISAM,HDAM,HIDAM..etc)

YES U R RIGHT .HIDAM IS RELATIVELY EFFICIENT FOR BOTH RANDOM AND SEQUENTIAL PROCESSING.
